This Queen Anne style house is the oldest in Fairview on its original site, appearing much the same as it did in 1894.
The house has stood vacant since being purchased for redevelopment ten years ago, and is now in an advanced state of decay and at risk of arson. Scavengers have removed most of its ornamental Victorian fretwork.
