Introduction – 2004 Top10 Watch List

Once again, Heritage Vancouver presents its 2004 Top10 Endangered Sites. Time certainly flies—this is already our fourth annual list—and, through wider media attention, our “Top Ten” has generated significant public awareness.

The former Woodward’s building is this year’s No.1 endangered site, with First Shaughnessy and Burrard Bridge a close second and third.

All the sites on this list are in imminent danger or will likely be coming forward as issues in 2004.
